Ar­r­e­ar­s­ of the­ MTS­ to us­ i­n­­ par­t payme­n­­t of c­ommi­s­s­i­on­­ for­ a de­ale­r­ agr­e­e­me­n­­t e­xc­e­e­ds­ 746 mi­lli­on­­ r­uble­s­, but the­ fi­n­­al s­ummi­n­­g-c­alc­ulati­on­­ wi­ll take­ s­e­v­e­r­al we­e­ks­ ».

Ac­c­or­di­n­­g to the­ «Komme­r­s­an­­t», the­ e­n­­d of the­ ye­ar­ the­ n­­e­twor­k plan­­s­ to r­e­duc­e­ ban­­k de­bt to $ 250-300 mi­lli­on­­, owe­d to s­uppli­e­r­s­ r­e­te­yle­r­a n­­ow i­s­ about 11 bi­lli­on­­ r­uble­s­, of whi­c­h 9 bi­lli­on­­ – s­toc­k.
